Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the options available to you. Any current free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at info@hillstonemarket.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help resolve it. For significantly delayed or lost shipments, contact us and we'll make it right.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
